Pool and Splash Pad Update

Neighbors, Memorial Day is quickly approaching which means the pool will be opening soon, Saturday May 27th is the day! To enter you will need to use the Brivo Pass app on a smartphone. Here’s the link to the app:

Reminder, you must be current on HOA dues to get your pool pass. If you are not current, once you pay, you can request a pass by filling out this form:

Preparations were made this weekend and the splash pad is ready for action! Huge appreciation to Tim Holiday, Mike Ura, Ron Nickels, and Kenny K for helping the past few days.

The question of opening the pool early and closing later (than Labor Day) was brought up at the annual meeting.  Yes, it's possible, however at a cost.   To open early, we must pay a flat fee of $500 and also $100/day.   To keep it open past Labor day, is a $700 fee plus $100/day.
