HOA Annual Meeting

Dear Homeowners,

Our annual HOA meeting will be held on May 9, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Westwood Church of Christ 3100 W Danforth, Edmond, OK 73012

In order to have elections we will need to have a quorum in attendance at the meeting.  A quorum is a representative from 25% of the existing lots in the HOA.  Currently a quorum will require a total of 96 voting attendees.

This is not a requirement that 96 individuals attend the meeting; we must have representation of 96 lot owners. In other words, 2 owners of the same lot may only cast 1 vote, and therefore only get us 1 vote closer toward the requirement of 96.

In addition to the election of the new Board of Directors we will also be voting on the proposed fine schedule. Per the covenants and restrictions, the Board will propose the fine schedule and it will take the written approval of a majority of the owners in the neighborhood.
